の項目に、
「Authorization to engage in optional practical training employment is automatically terminated when the student transfers to another school or begins study at another educational level.」
とあるので、どこかの大学に移るときは、その段階でOPTが切れるということでしょうね。

日本に帰らない限り、有効なI−２０を持って滞在する場合はビザが切れるのは問題にはなりません。I-20の方が重要だと思います。
新しい学校で、 Curricular practical training programs（同じ(10) Practical trainingの項目（@）のところ）を申し込むという方法もあると思います。
とりあえず、学校のアドバイザーが帰ってくるのを待ちましょう。
